Capital Improvement Projects

A capital improvement project for a Homeowners Association (HOA) involves significant investments in the community's infrastructure, common areas, or amenities with the goal of enhancing the overall quality, value, and functionality of the property. Unlike routine maintenance tasks, which are typically performed to address day-to-day wear and tear, capital improvement projects are larger-scale endeavors that often require careful planning, budgeting, and execution.

Maintenance Masters offer a variety of services aimed at enhancing and maintaining the appearance, functionality, and value of the community's exterior spaces. Here are some services commonly included in such projects:

  • Detailed and transparent proposals: We strive to provide clarity for all that engage with us through each proposal request.

  • Project Management: Onsite Project Manager to oversee the project and address homeowner questions while onsite.

  • Project Blog: Daily updates related to the status of the project and any unforeseen delays due to weather conditions

  • Physical Notices: Notes will be posted in advance of each building phase to ensure homeowners are informed what is scheduled for the exterior of their unit and how to prepare

  • Preconstruction meetings: Prior to the kickoff of the project we offer a meeting with homeowners to address any questions they may have before the project begins

  • Permit processing: Should the project require a permit, we will pull the necessary permits and meet with inspectors to ensure the highest quality of workmanship
